Job Description

Role & responsibilities


As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales in website solutions, CRM systems, digital marketing services, and social media management offerings. You will handle the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and work to achieve monthly sales targets. This is a field-based role requiring strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development: Drive sales for website solutions, CRM platforms, digital marketing services, and social media management by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Client Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for sales inquiries and support.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets for new business, renewals, and cross-sells.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively search for new business opportunities, develop leads, and generate sales pipelines through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and product offerings in website development, CRM systems, digital marketing strategies, and social media tools.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards goals in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, technical support, and customer service) to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered as promised.
  • Field Sales: Perform field sales activities, visiting clients, conducting presentations, and engaging with key stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in website sales, CRM sales, digital marketing sales, or social media management.
  • Strong field sales experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and compelling way.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, social media strategies, and website development concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Open to work in startup
