Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and data driven "SEO Team Lead" to lead our SEO Team.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic
- Analyze website traffic and trends
- Optimize website content, meta tags, titles, headers and URLs
- Develop backlink strategies, conduct outreach, and manage link-building campaigns.
- Leading a team of 10-12 SEO members
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proven experience as an SEO Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of Search Engine Algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices
- Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRUSH.
- Experience with Wordpress, Shopify or other CMS platforms.
