Cultivate relationships with highly reputed web portals, bloggers online influencers through specific PR initiatives such as blogger meets, press conferences, media round tables, etc.
Deliver real time content within relevant social spaces which dynamically engages the audience.
Ensure timely delivery of the project by regular reporting structures and effective client servicing.
Doing timely performance reviews of the teams and its members and ensuring that the set performance standard is met.
Support the upselling and management of clients.
Create and deliver consultative sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends.
Knowledge / Skills required :
3 + years work experience at an digital marketing agency.
Should have experience of conceptualising, executing and managing social media/digital campaigns for brands, preferably national brands.
Incredible organization skills and ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines.
Excellent client management and communication/ interpersonal skills, business writing skills mandatory.
Must be a self-starter, proactive and willing to learn grow with the business.
Must be proficient in MS Office.
Experience in Digital media company/online media company with proven ability to manage a team.
