Job Description:

• Campaign Strategy and Execution:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other social media channels.
• Develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and user engagement.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights.
• Track key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and create actionable optimization strategies.
• Ensure campaigns deliver maximum ROI by constant optimization of bids, targeting, and creatives.
• Creative and Content Coordination:
• Work closely with design and content teams to create impactful ad creatives and copies for campaigns.
• A/B test creatives and landing pages to optimize performance.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Budget Management:
• Plan and allocate budgets efficiently across channels.
• Ensure proper tracking and utilization of the allocated ad spend.
• Market and Audience Insights:
• Leverage audience insights to refine targeting strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies.
• Process Improvement:
• Develop SOPs for campaign management and reporting.
• Implement automation tools where applicable for campaign efficiency.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
• Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Content, and Sales) to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
• Liaise with external partners for platform updates, new beta features, and optimization strategies.
• Innovation and Experimentation:
• Test and adopt new paid media channels and platforms.
• Proactively recommend innovative strategies for lead generation and audience engagement.

Required Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the education industry.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling paid media campaigns across Google, YouTube, Meta, and other social platforms.
• Hands-on experience with analytics and campaign management tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube Studio.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive insights and actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience with remarketing strategies and audience segmentation.
