Digital Marketing Specialist

This is an execution-focused role where you'll be responsible for driving digital marketing campaigns, supporting event execution, and analyzing performance data.

Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, youll collaborate with a dynamic, international team of marketers, sales professionals, and product experts, working together to expand Calibos reach and impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns:
• Manage and optimize LinkedIn organic and paid campaigns, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
• Implement and monitor campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals.
• Leverage HubSpot for email marketing, automation, and lead nurturing.
• Support Event Execution:
• Assist in the planning, promotion, and execution of webinars, conferences, and industry events.
• Ensure strong brand presence and lead generation at events.
• Provide on-site and online event support as needed.
• Track & Analyze Marketing Performance:
• Monitor and report on key marketing metrics using Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and HubSpot.
• Optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve engagement and ROI.

What You Bring:

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Strong execution skills in digital marketing and event management.
• High-level proficiency in English (business level, written and spoken) is required.
• Ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing multiple projects.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS, data, or DevOps-related industry is a plus.
