Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our IT products, Exto/Synkrato, in a competitive market. If you have a growth hacker mindset, thrive on outmaneuvering the competition, and know how to make a brand stand out in the digital space, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute aggressive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
• Leverage SEO, SEM, and tools like SEM rush to optimize search rankings, drive traffic, and outperform competitors.
• Craft high-impact content (blogs, case studies, website copy, ad campaigns) to engage the IT audience and boost conversions.
• Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, email marketing, webinars, and social media) to generate high-quality leads.
• Utilize guerilla marketing tactics to create buzz and drive brand awareness in innovative ways.
• Analyze marketing performance using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to ensure messaging aligns with business goals.

Required Skills:

• MBA in Marketing or a related field with a strong understanding of IT product marketing.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and campaign management.
• A hustler mentalitysomeone who thinks outside the box and is always looking for ways to outsmart the competition.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Ability to scale demand generation and position our IT products as industry leaders.
