They are putting everyone in PIP, who performed well previously. There is no proper process for building an application.

Whatever I learnt around new technologies that is in Calibo. Awards , Appreciation and collaboration is key factors I see in all leaders and employees also

Policy changes multiple times in year. work life balance is not at level. People are more count of bugs and count of stories rather than appreciation .Late working hours which leads to upto 14 hrs work a day
