Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Absence Management, Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits.

Collaborate with clients to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

Provide functional expertise and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

Configure, test, and deploy Oracle HCM Cloud solutions based on industry best practices.

Participate in migration projects from legacy systems, including Workday-to-Oracle HCM transitions.

Work closely with technical teams to ensure functional and technical aspects align seamlessly.

Key Requirements:

8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM functional consulting.

Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, with specific experience in Absence Management, Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules.

Proven experience in cloud-based HCM implementations and upgrades.

Familiarity with Workday-to-Oracle migration is an added advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at various organizational levels.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Relevant Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are a plus.
