Job Title: ITES Sales Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ITES Sales Lead to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and manage key customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in ITES sales, a strong understanding of the industry, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and target potential clients in the ITES sector, including BPOs, KPOs, and IT service providers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Generate leads, conduct meetings, and close deals with enterprise clients.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities and drive conversions.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Provide tailored solutions to clients by understanding their business needs.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.

Sales Operations & Strategy

  • Develop and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and delivery) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and report progress to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 8-10 years of experience in ITES sales, preferably in BPO, KPO, or IT service sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of ITES solutions and the ability to tailor pitches accordingly.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
