Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Prompt Engineering Professional to lead and build our prompt engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in generative AI models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Bard) and a passion for leveraging AI to solve real-world problems. This role involves optimizing AI prompts for diverse applications, developing strategies to enhance outputs, and mentoring a team to ensure cutting-edge solutions for our clients.

As the team lead, you will define workflows, drive innovation, and oversee the deployment of prompt engineering solutions across various industries such as healthcare, e-commerce, and education.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

1. Prompt Engineering & Optimization:

• Design, test, and optimize prompts for AI/ML models to improve output accuracy, efficiency, and relevance.
• Reduce API token usage and costs by crafting highly efficient and precise prompts.
• Stay updated with advancements in LLMs to refine and adapt prompt engineering techniques.

2. Team Building & Leadership:

• Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of prompt engineers, ensuring continuous learning and growth.
• Define team goals, workflows, and KPIs to maintain high performance and innovation.
• Foster a collaborative environment to encourage experimentation and knowledge sharing.

3. Client Engagement & Solutions:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business use cases and deliver tailored AI solutions.
• Develop scalable prompt engineering frameworks for various industries.
• Provide training to clients and teams on best practices for prompt design and optimization.

4. Integration with AI Technologies:

• Work closely with data scientists, developers, and product teams to integrate prompt engineering into larger AI workflows.
• Develop solutions for integrating prompt engineering into automation tools, chatbots, and SaaS platforms.

5. Quality Assurance & Metrics:

• Establish processes to evaluate and improve prompt performance based on measurable metrics such as accuracy, relevance, and cost-efficiency.
• Document processes, experiments, and results to create a repository of best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAIs GPT, Anthropics Claude, and Google Bard.
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages for building and testing AI applications.
• Familiarity with AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face) and integration tools.
• Knowledge of tokenization, embeddings, and prompt optimization techniques.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and fine-tuning models.
• Strong grasp of data analysis and metrics to evaluate AI performance.
• Understanding of machine learning workflows and AI infrastructure (e.g., cloud platforms like AWS, Azure).
