Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support digital transformation initiatives across industry sectors, including Retail, Manufacturing, Telecom, Healthcare, and Oil & Gas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the delivery of digital solutions, leveraging AI/ML, Cloud, Data & Analytics, and APIs.
• Provide techno-functional leadership, bridging technical teams with business stakeholders to drive project success.
• Ensure seamless execution of IT transformation projects, including SAP, Salesforce, and legacy system modernization.
• Support business development efforts by contributing to pre-sales, bid management, and solution design, including the technical part of RFP preparation and pitching.
• Engage with clients at senior management levels to understand requirements, provide strategic guidance, and ensure delivery excellence.
• Drive adoption of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and ITIL best practices across the delivery lifecycle.
• Manage digital product development projects, including eCommerce, digital marketing, and analytics platforms.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Expertise in both technology and business functions, especially in digital transformation, with an IT Software Services background as a must.
• Experience in leading global delivery projects, focusing on enterprise IT systems, cloud transformation, and AI-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, ITIL, and DevOps methodologies.
• Proven ability to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams to align project goals.
• Solution engineering expertise is required, with a focus on customer-facing projects and hands-on cloud experience.
• Experience managing 0-1 projects and operating as a generalist across different functional areas.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
• Industry exposure to Retail, Manufacturing, Telecom, Healthcare, and Oil & Gas.
• Experience in a mid-sized service-based company is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Technical pre-sales experience, such as RFP preparation and pitching, is a plus.
• Advanced degrees (MS/MBA) or certifications (PMP, ITIL, Scrum Master) are a plus.

Certifications:

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Certified Scrum Master or ITIL (Foundation) certification.
