Senior Associate - OEM Operations

1. Resolve request/issues from OEM and Partners
2. Error free policy issuance and Managing no. of request received for Policy Issuance for partners where there is manual intervention.
3. (SPOC) Managing and coordinating with Claims team at the time of claims
4. Collaborate with other teams in order to execute the requests inflow (i.e., Underwriters, Finance, IT, Retail Ops for Endorsement and Cancellation module)
5. Maintenance of TAT as per agreed SLA of OEM
6. Monitor BOT's policy issuance & follow up with IT for any technical issues/errors.
7. Error free processing of endorsement & cancellation requests via module
8. Managing 64 VB and Reconciliation of their respective OEMs along with reconciliation team
9. Maintaining and Monitoring the agreed TAT of Digit Desk tickets/Module requests
10. Constantly updating knowledge with respect to product, process flows and best practices.

Key skills
1. Good knowledge of onboarding operations (Issuance / Endorsement / Cancellation / refund)
2. Knowledge of Excel
3. Service oriented mindset
4. Strong communication and Interpersonal Skill
