JOD DESCRIPTION:

• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
• Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
• Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
• Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
• Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
• Manage housekeeping, security, transport, cafeteria, and overall facility.
• Oversee the compliance related documents filling, reports and return for the Pan India branches . Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
• Communications infrastructure, building maintenance in coordination with the service managers .
• Testing and inspections
• EHS(environment, health, safety)
• Business continuity planning
• Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance
• Dealing with emergencies as they arise.
• Ensuring that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations
• Drafting maintenance reports

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in MS Office
