Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for real estate projects, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and objectives.
- Identify target audiences and design marketing plans for different channels and customer segments.
- Lead end-to-end execution of marketing programs, leveraging internal teams and fostering collaboration.
- Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and marketing best practices to create impactful strategies.
- Create and manage analytics reporting across platforms to inform future campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with performance marketing, email marketing, and web teams to refine lead-nurturing tactics.
- Guide creative direction for advertising and public communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Conceptualize multichannel campaigns ensuring cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post graduation in any discipline.
- MBA will be preferred.
