Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new international business opportunities and penetrate new markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Negotiate and close export sales deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, customer service).
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, laws, and company policies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and global economic conditions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of export sales management experience.
- Proven track record of achieving export sales targets and growing international revenue.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and export documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA is preffered.
- Fluency in multiple languages (desired).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with global trade agreements, customs regulations, and logistics.
- Knowledge of international marketing strategies and cultural differences.
- Certification in export management.
- Experience working with diverse international customer bases.
- Familiarity with export financing options and trade insurance
