Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales goals to expand market share.
- Identify and qualify leads, creating target lists of enterprise or data center accounts.
- Proactively seek out potential customers through cold calling and follow-up visits.
- Participate in marketing activities such as trade shows to generate leads.
- Promote a product portfolio including Data Centre (Servers/Storage), DC/DR solutions, and Standalone Servers/Workstations solutions in targeted vertical markets.
- Build and manage individual resources to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, managing and expanding accounts for retention and growth.
- Negotiate various types of contracts to close deals.
- Manage day-to-day sales operations including pricing negotiations, order monitoring, credit issues, and sales returns.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional local languages is an advantage.
- 7-8 years of experience in selling computer hardware solutions to channel, data center, or enterprise accounts.
- Proven success in cold calling and follow-up with key decision makers.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
- Experience selling technology products/services into corporate accounts.
- Demonstrated skills in pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, objection handling, call structure and control, and time and territory management.
- Excellent persuasive, negotiating, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Highly proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professionalism combined with a creative and innovative mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and diverse culture
