We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the quality, accessibility, and functionality of eLearning content and systems. The QA Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive QA strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our digital learning solutions meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and user experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. QA Planning and Strategy: Develop a comprehensive QA plan for content validation, accessibility compliance, and functionality testing. Define test scenarios and cases aligned with client requirements and learning objectives. Establish review cycles to monitor content development and adherence to standards.
2. Quality Assurance Execution: Conduct content reviews to ensure alignment with the clients course structure, including: Course, module, unit, and lesson taxonomy. Time allocations for instructional content, assignments, and quizzes. Lesson categories, such as core learning, immersive practice, quizzes, and assignments. Validate technical specifications, including responsive design and SCORM integration for Canvas LMS. Perform usability testing to ensure seamless navigation and learner engagement.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with instructional designers, vendors, and graphic developers to ensure alignment with the client’s framework. Provide actionable feedback to improve instructional content, technical design, and interactive elements. Ensure content updates and revisions align with defined objectives.
4. Accessibility and Compliance: Oversee the implementation of accessibility features, including alt text, closed captions, and keyboard navigation. Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.2 standards and compatibility across devices (PCs, tablets, smartphones).

Provide periodic reports to stakeholders on QA outcomes and project progress. Recommend improvements to streamline processes and enhance quality standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in eLearning or EdTech. Proficiency with LMS platforms (Canvas preferred) and SCORM standards. Familiarity with WCAG 2.2 accessibility requirements and best practices. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Skills: Experience with authoring tools like Articulate Storyline. Knowledge of K12 or Career and Technical Education (CTE) curriculum design and instructional strategies. Familiarity with eLearning content
