Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for application design.

- Design and develop application solutions that meet business process and application requirements.

- Ensure that the applications are user-friendly and meet the desired functionality.

- Conduct testing and debugging of applications to identify and resolve any issues.

- Provide technical support and guidance to the development team.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance application design and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management

Database (CMDB).

- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.

- Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow CMDB solutions.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its various modules.

- Experience with ITIL processes and best practices.

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT asset management and configuration management.

- Familiarity with IT infrastructure library (ITIL) framework.

- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.

- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries.
