Job Description
Key Qualifications :
- AJO Hands-on Experience :
- At least 1 year of direct experience working with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), implementing and optimizing journey workflows.
- Strong SQL Skills :
- Ability to read, write, and optimize complex SQL queries for campaign analytics and data extraction.
- Programming Knowledge :
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript or similar programming languages for customization and automation.
- Adobe Marketing Stack Expertise :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Adobe Campaign and marketing campaigns within the Adobe ecosystem.
- Campaign Development :
- Practical knowledge of designing and building marketing campaigns tailored to meet diverse business objectives.
- Agile Methodology Proficiency :
- Familiarity with Agile processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and project tracking tools.
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) :
- Expertise in journey design, customer engagement, and marketing automation.
SQL Proficiency :
- Strong command of SQL to handle complex queries for campaign segmentation, reporting, and optimization.
JavaScript/Programming :
- Experience in using programming skills to enhance campaign functionality.
Adobe Campaign :
- Operational knowledge to design, build, execute, and optimize campaigns using the Adobe Marketing Cloud stack.
Reporting and Dashboards :
- Proven experience in creating customized dashboards and reports for campaign performance tracking.
Project Lifecycle Management :
- Experience managing end-to-end marketing campaign projects, from requirement analysis to deployment .
- Campaign Development :
- Design and implement customer journeys and campaigns using Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Campaign tools.
- Data Analysis and SQL Development :
- Create and manage SQL queries for data extraction, segmentation, and reporting to support campaign needs.
- Collaboration and Requirement Analysis :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Project Management :
- Manage projects in an Agile environment , including sprint planning, task prioritization, and delivery tracking.
- Dashboard and Reporting Development :
- Develop intuitive dashboards and deliver performance insights to stakeholders.
- Troubleshooting and Optimization :
- Continuously enhance campaign processes by identifying and addressing challenges.
- Adobe Campaign Certification :
- A mandatory certification to validate expertise in the Adobe marketing suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments .
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and scalable solutions .
