• Practical experience in JavaScript or similar programming languages to customize and automate campaign workflows.

Adobe Marketing Stack Experience:

• Over 6 years of experience in Adobe Campaign with in-depth knowledge of the Adobe Marketing Cloud stack, focusing on campaign development and optimization.

Project Lifecycle Expertise:

• Familiarity with requirement gathering, analysis, breaking down requirements , development handovers, testing, and execution for end-to-end project management.

Agile Methodology Proficiency:

• Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment , including sprint planning, task management, and retrospectives.

Banking and Finance Domain Exposure:

• Preferred but not mandatory.

• Proficiency in journey creation, customer engagement strategies, and personalized marketing solutions.

• Expertise in handling complex SQL queries for campaign analysis and performance tracking.

• Practical knowledge of scripting to enhance campaign workflows and solutions.

• Extensive operational experience in designing, building, and executing marketing campaigns.

• Experience in analyzing requirements, working with developers, testing, and managing the project lifecycle.

• Skilled in generating insightful campaign performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

• Campaign Development and Optimization:
• Design and implement advanced customer journeys and campaigns using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and the Adobe Campaign suite.
• Data Analysis and SQL Management:
• Develop and manage SQL queries for segmentation, reporting, and data analysis.
• Requirement Analysis and Project Execution:
• Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks, oversee testing, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Agile Project Management:
• Drive Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous delivery cycles.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and requirement alignment.

• Adobe Campaign Certification:
• A mandatory certification validating expertise in the Adobe Marketing Suite.
