Job Description
- AI Model Development:
- Design and implement AI models using Python and various AI libraries.
- Apply supervised and unsupervised learning techniques to extract insights from large datasets.
- Evaluate and optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Cloud AI Solutions:
- Implement Large Language Model (LLM) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using cloud services like Claude and Bedrock.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Data Management:
- Work with database technologies to manage and manipulate data efficiently for AI applications.
- Innovation Collaboration:
- Stay updated with advancements in AI technologies and methodologies to improve processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.
- Mentorship Documentation:
- Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of learning and innovation.
- Document processes, methodologies, and best practices for AI development.
- Education:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 8-10 years of professional experience in AI and machine learning.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and popular AI libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy, Keras, Scikit-learn).
- Strong knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
- Expertise in training and retraining AI models and creating AI prototypes.
- Familiarity with database technologies for data management and analysis.
- Experience with LLM and RAG solutions on cloud AI platforms (e.g., Claude, Bedrock).
- Other Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead projects to completion.
