Job Description
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Development:
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- CRM Integration and Customization:
- Implement seamless integrations with third-party systems and applications.
- Customize CRM workflows, plugins, and other functionalities to optimize performance and usability.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Develop comprehensive test plans, design test cases, and execute tests.
- Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for solutions and processes.
- Prepare reports on testing outcomes, defects, and resolution progress.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of CRM solutions.
- Provide technical support during deployment and post-implementation phases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical development.
- Experience in CRM integration and customization.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
- Proficiency in test planning, test case design, and test execution.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools .
- Analytical skills to interpret test results and provide recommendations.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
