Job Title: SAP BTP Developer - Software Development & Engineering
Location: Chennai
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented SAP BTP Developer with expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) , CPI Integration , ECC , and S/4HANA to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and integrating innovative solutions within the SAP ecosystem to meet complex business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Development and Integration:
- Develop and deploy solutions on SAP BTP , leveraging services like SAP Integration Suite, SAP Workflow, and SAP Business Application Studio.
- Design and implement integrations using CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) between SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Ensure seamless integration of ECC and S/4HANA systems within the SAP BTP landscape.
Solution Design and Customization:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create custom applications and workflows on SAP BTP to extend SAP functionalities.
Performance Optimization:
- Monitor and enhance system performance for deployed solutions.
- Optimize CPI integration processes for reliability and scalability.
Migration and Upgradation:
- Support migration projects involving ECC to S/4HANA and their integration with SAP BTP.
- Assist in upgrading existing SAP systems to integrate with the latest BTP capabilities.
Collaboration and Documentation:
- Work closely with functional consultants and business users to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, integration mappings, and user guides.
Testing and Support:
- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP BTP development and services such as SAP Integration Suite and Workflow Management.
- Strong experience in CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) , including iflows, mappings, and adapters.
- In-depth knowledge of ECC and S/4HANA architecture, data models, and integration points.
- Expertise in REST, SOAP, and OData protocols for integration scenarios.
- Strong programming skills in SAP ABAP, JavaScript, or Node.js for BTP applications.
- Knowledge of security standards and best practices in SAP BTP and CPI.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 development.
- Knowledge of SAP CDS views and AMDPs in S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for SAP solutions.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
