Job Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The primary focus will be on seller acquisition and onboarding, helping businesses understand the value of joining the BidMandi marketplace and guiding them through the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential sellers and businesses to introduce BidMandi's marketplace platform and its benefits
- Meet monthly targets for seller acquisition and successful onboarding
- Identify and qualify potential sellers through various channels including lead lists and referrals
- Provide detailed platform demonstrations to potential sellers, highlighting key features and benefits
- Guide new sellers through the registration and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition onto the platform
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and potential seller interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up with onboarded sellers to ensure their successful integration into the marketplace
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to resolve any technical issues during the seller registration process
- Provide feedback to management about seller concerns and market insights
- Participate in sales team meetings and training sessions to enhance performance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in e-commerce or SaaS
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in Hindi. If you speak English that will be great!
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketplaces
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in seller acquisition or B2B sales
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplace dynamics
- Understanding of online selling processes and best practices
- Experience with remote selling tools and virtual demonstrations
