About Our Client:

- Our client is a prominent composite textile mill with integrated facilities, including spinning, weaving, knitting, dyeing, printing, and garmenting units.

- They specialize in producing a wide range of woven and knitted fabrics, including 100% cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning:

- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands while optimizing resources.

- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly production plans based on the order book.

- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and production teams to gather input for production schedules.

Inventory and Raw Material Management:

- Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with procurement for timely sourcing.

- Order raw materials based on sales forecasts, stock levels, and lead times.

SAP System Management:

- Create and maintain material masters, production orders, and BOMs in SAP.

- Monitor production reports, identify variances, and ensure adherence to production plans.

Process Optimization:

- Collaborate with maintenance and quality control teams to ensure smooth production processes.

- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve production flow.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate reports and analytics from SAP to support decision-making.

- Conduct regular reviews of production performance and adjust plans as needed.

Requirements:

Experience:

- Hands-on experience in PPC within a composite textile mill.

Technical Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of textile processes (spinning, weaving, dyeing, printing, etc.).

- Expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) module.

Skills:

- Excellent coordination and communication skills.

- Ability to optimize resources and improve production efficiency.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- On-time delivery rate.

- Production yield and resource utilization.

- Inventory turnover and cost per unit produced.

- Accuracy of production planning and bottleneck resolution time.
