Position: Senior HR Manager / Head of HR and Administration
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional HR professional to lead our comprehensive human resources strategy and operations. This pivotal leadership position offers an opportunity to drive organizational excellence through strategic talent management and administrative effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy (60%):
- Design and implement sophisticated talent acquisition frameworks
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies targeting top-tier talent in manufacturing and IT sectors
- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, candidate engagement, and selection
- Build robust talent pipelines through strategic networking and employer branding initiatives
HR Operations (30%):
- Manage comprehensive employee lifecycle management
- Design and implement performance management systems
- Develop training and development programs
- Create and maintain employee engagement initiatives
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration
Compliance and Administration (10%):
- Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements
- Manage administrative processes and organizational documentation
- Conduct internal audits and maintain HR policy compliance
- Implement risk management strategies
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 8-12 years in manufacturing/engineering or manufacturing-IT hybrid sectors
- Age Range: 35-40 years
- Educational Qualification: Advanced degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Direct reporting to Senior Management
Compensation Package:
- Competitive Cost to Company (CTC): - 18,00,000 - 20,00,000 per annum
