Job Description
- Responsible for implementation and configuration of Endpoint Configuration manager environments to ensure stability, integrity, and business continuity.
- Microsoft Intune Administration Application management, Windows Update for Business.
- Win32App Creation & Assignment and Windows update ring configuration.
- Monitoring and maintaining the MEM Hierarchy healthy and daily compone
- nt health check.
- Responsible for SQL administration (DB health, Maintenance plan, backup, and Failover configuration).
- Creating SQL Queries/ SSRS Reports and Provide Business Requirement Data (Hardware/Software Inventory) to Process Owners.
- Maintaining Cloud management gateway services to manage Internet based clients.
- Addressing and troubleshooting the non-healthy agents using other SCCM tools like Client center and PSEXEC
- Provided Service Improvement Plans through process enhancement and automation.
- Work with Microsoft support team during critical component failures and migrations.
- Endpoint Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities for improving endpoint performance, user experience, and operational efficiency.
- Support the ServiceNow Incidents, Problem and Change Management process and resolve close them within agreed SLA s.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- 6+ years of experience in endpoint management tools SCCM\MECM and Intune.
- In-depth and extensive experience in the implementation and administration of endpoint configuration manager.
- Experience in Co-Management scenarios, managing clients with both MEM and Intune.
- Knowledge in Intune Application management and Windows update ring configurations.
- Strong knowledge in troubleshooting MECM components and performing Infra upgrades.
- Experience in writing SQL queries and automation scripts with PowerShell.
- Experience with Adaptiva or other content delivery technologies.
- Certification in MECM or Intune Administration is added advantage.
- Having a high exposure to ITIL standards, Incident management and release management.
- Excellent Oral and Communication skills to interact and work with global IT teams & end customers.
- Must be able to provide 24x7 On-Call support on a rotational basis during the weekend and flexible to work during public holidays.
