Job Description:

As an Senior IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in the IT industry. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand the technical requirements of various roles and effectively source candidates through various channels.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Stack Overflow, Naukri), networking, and industry events.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
• Candidates profiles brief to be shared with the Hiring manager and follow-up with HM for kick quick turnaround time.
• Facilitate the offer process by extending offers, negotiating salaries, and explaining benefits.
• Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process, providing timely feedback.
• Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Maintain candidate databases and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track recruitment metrics.

Requirements:

• 7 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition especially in IT recruitment.
• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a staffing agency or IT Firm.
• Familiarity with ATS and resume databases.
• Work from Office. (Onsite- Indore)
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting, Boolean search).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Strong Awareness of the legacy and latest IT Skills.
