Role & responsibilities

1. Fill rate to be achieve 95%

2.Resolutions of appointment issues DC and DSD

3.Coordinate for unloading issues

4.Dispatches and delivery coordination with WHs and TCT team

5.DSD PO appointment Align Distributor and coordinate for DSD appointments

6.BOD issues/ follow up on day to day basis with Reliance Team on BOD error

7.Events and forecast allocations follow ups with Reliance

8.MBQ corrections due to loss in FRs

9.PO extension

10.Store closure/opening details from Team information sharing on DOH/Availability/DC availability/store availability - Weekly

11.RCA-Weekly and Monthly

12.Master corrections

13.Follow ups on SKU Listing
