Factory Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the factory, ensuring efficient production and meeting quality standards.
  
• Manage labor force, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth functioning of the plant.
  
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock control, and dispatch schedules.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in factory supervision or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of administration, factory operations, labour management, liaison, manpower handling, production planning, productivity improvement initiatives.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members.
