Quality Control: The Packing Supervisor ensures that products are packed according to specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements
They conduct quality inspections of packed products to identify any defects or discrepancies and take corrective actions as needed
Inventory Management: They monitor packing materials and supplies inventory levels, reorder supplies as needed, and ensure that packing materials are available to meet production requirements
Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and guidelines is crucial
The Packing Supervisor promotes a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols, providing safety training, and addressing any safety concerns or issues that arise
