Datamatics - Techno-Functional Architect - MS Dynamics/CRM (10-11 yrs)

Role Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned CRM Solution Designer/Architect with over 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in CRM implementation (preferably Dynamics 365 Online).

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and functional expertise, with the ability to deliver out-of-the-box (OOB) solutions across Marketing, Sales, and Service modules within Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Demonstrate comprehensive OOB functionality across Marketing, Sales, and Service modules (Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement).

- Provide OOB solutions using no-code and low-code models.

- Design and implement complex CRM solutions with seamless integration into Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

- Gather requirements, design solutions, and document processes.

- Execute rapid prototyping and proof of concepts (POCs).

- Possess a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CE Security Architecture.

- Expertise in common data models and common data services.

- Utilize Azure DevOps for CRM implementation and management.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of Azure Stack (Azure Functions, Azure Search, Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Identities).

- Experience with offshore-onshore delivery models.

- Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Apps Portals, Power Automate, Power BI).

- Familiarity with Microsoft Unified Service Desk (USD).

- Advanced client-side scripting skills.

- Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, etc.

- Microsoft Business Apps certifications (Microsoft Dynamics CE + Power Platform) are highly desirable.

- Demonstrated team leadership and handling capabilities.
