Role Overview

Dexian India is seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing professional specializing in Lead Generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring lead-generation strategies through email marketing, event management, advertising campaigns (Google AdWords, SMM - LinkedIn and Online), SEO, webinar and podcast to support business growth. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across teams, innovate in campaign execution, and directly impact our ROI.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation Strategy:
• Develop and implement data-driven lead-generation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Work with management, leaders and sales team to understand their need - identify the offering to be promoted and the ideal customer profile (ICP) to be targeted for each offering
• Leverage market intelligence team to create the prospect database for the ICP defined above.
2. Campaign Management:
• Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing, advertisement and webinar / podcast campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
• Organize and manage events (virtual or in-person) aimed at generating quality leads and brand visibility.
3. SEO Optimization:
• Implement and monitor SEO strategies to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Collaborate with content and technical teams to ensure SEO-friendly content creation and technical SEO optimization.
4. Performance Tracking:
• Analyze campaign metrics and ROI using digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Provide actionable insights to improve future campaign performance.
5. Collaboration:
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead conversion and campaign objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in email marketing process and tool (preferably Zoho Marketing Plus), SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Analytics), advertising platforms like Google AdWords, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Online platforms and event management platforms.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
• Problem-solving: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues to optimize campaigns.
• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; certifications in Digital Marketing or SEO are a plus.
