Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Python Developer with over 5 years of experience in Python programming and expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP). The candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and optimizing AI/ML models, building scalable automated data pipelines, and leveraging cutting-edge Generative AI technologies. This role demands proficiency in working with large-scale datasets, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Python Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python, including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Flask/Django frameworks.
• AI/ML Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of AI/ML concepts, NLP techniques, and experience in fine-tuning models for improved results.
• Generative AI: Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and Transformer architectures.
• Cloud Platforms: Practical experience with AWS or Azure for model training and deployment.
• Data Handling: Proficiency in data pre-processing, text parsing, and working with data from various sources like APIs, web pages, and collaboration tools.
• Version Control and Database: Expertise in Git/BitBucket and writing SQL queries for data handling.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to work in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
• Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset to work with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies like Agile and Scrum.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain robust Python-based applications and frameworks to meet critical project milestones.
2. Build and optimize AI/ML models, focusing on NLP tasks, fine-tuning, and performance improvement.
3. Design and implement automated data pipelines for efficient data collection, transformation, and analysis.
4. Work with diverse data sources, including web scraping, Confluence, Jira, APIs, and other unstructured data formats.
5. Experiment with and deploy Generative AI models, utilizing frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
6. Engage in prompt engineering and work with advanced architectures like Transformers and Agents to enhance AI applications.
7. Leverage cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) to train and deploy large-scale AI models efficiently.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make architectural decisions ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability of the solutions.
9. Utilize Git/BitBucket for version control and write SQL scripts for data handling and analysis.
10. Follow Agile and Scrum methodologies to deliver projects on time with high quality.Role & responsibilities
