Specialist ServiceNow TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management) & S2P

Role & responsibilities

With a minimum of 5 years of experience, this role involves in-depth expertise in TPRM, regulatory compliance, and the ability to develop and execute advanced risk management strategies.

This role involves ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of these modules while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to meet operational needs.

Responsible for the ongoing management, and optimization of the ServiceNow Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Source to Pay (S2P) modules

• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
  
• Develop and maintain workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations related to TPRM and S2P.
  
• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within TPRM and S2P modules.
  
• Leverage ServiceNow capabilities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  
• Provide day-to-day operational support for ServiceNow TPRM and S2P modules.
  Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
  
• Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests related to TPRM and S2P.
