Job Description:
- To support daily technical support activities for desktop, data, and server management.
- To set up and test computer peripherals.
- To perform the system changes adhered to organizational policies.
- Conduct remote desktop troubleshoot and support over email, chat, and call to end-users along with documentation ticket maintenance.
- Worked on any ticketing tool.
- Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting Ethernet and IP configuration.
- Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.
- Set up accounts and workstations.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
