Jr Client Onboarding Specialist

Experience: 1 - 3 years
Shift: Night Shift (US business hours)

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary steps and documents are completed on time while establishing and monitoring timelines to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
• Act as the point of contact during the onboarding phase, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Legal, Compliance, Operations, IT) to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring adherence to internal SLAs, coordinating with relevant departments to meet client requirements, and providing regular updates on progress.
• Create and maintain a detailed onboarding documentation tracker for internal purpose, ensuring transparency in the process while accurately recording client onboarding progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Lead generation to help Sales Team (by adding leads in prospect accounts in CRM by doing extensive online market research for various international markets (US, Canada, India, APAC, EMEA).
• Manage the complete supplier registration process, including registering prospective suppliers and updating their profiles.
• Prepare Client onboarding Power Point Presentations.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree

• Candidate should have minimum 1 - 3 years of Onboarding Clients experience - Staffing Industry would be added advantage.
• Experience in Prospects Supplier Registration and Market research (Would be added advantage).
• Possesses excellent English communication (mandatorily written and verbal), and good presentation / discussion skills over the phone.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially must have good knowledge in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
