Role & responsibilities

Python Developer (AI/ML and Gen AI Specialist)

• Experience Level: 3-5 years
• Role Purpose: Develop AI/ML and generative AI solutions for proof-of-concept projects, client deliverables, and production systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Work with generative AI tools to create innovative solutions for business use cases.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for model training, testing, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems.
• Leverage Azures AI and data services for rapid model deployment and scaling.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance.

Key Requirements:

• Technical Skills:

○ Strong proficiency in Python and associated libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.

○ Experience with Generative AI tools like OpenAI GPT, LangChain, or similar frameworks.

○ Proficient in data preprocessing and feature engineering for structured and unstructured data.

○ Familiarity with vector databases, RAG pipelines, and embedding models.

○ Experience in building and consuming APIs for AI/ML model deployment.

• Azure Skills:

○ Hands-on experience with Azure AI services, Cognitive Services, and Machine Learning Studio.

○ Knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure Functions for scalable model hosting.

• Soft Skills:

○ Ability to understand business needs and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
