We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AI/ML Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions. You will work closely with senior team members to build intelligent systems that solve real-world problems and add value to our organization.

Title: AI/ML Developer

Key Responsibilities:

AI/ML Model Development:

• Develop, test, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms.
• Implement pre-trained models for specific use cases and fine-tune as needed.

Data Preparation and Analysis:

• Preprocess and clean datasets for training and validation purposes.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns and insights.

Collaboration and Support:

• Collaborate with senior developers, data engineers, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of AI/ML models.
• Contribute to code reviews and technical documentation.

Deployment and Monitoring:

• Deploy ML models in production environments.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance, recommending improvements.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay updated on emerging AI/ML trends, frameworks, and tools.
• Experiment with state-of-the-art technologies and frameworks under guidance.

Key Requirements: Minimum 2-4 years of experience

Technical Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering).
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with data manipulation tools like Pandas, NumPy, and visualization libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deploying AI models is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
