Location - Office #101, First Floor, Building No. B6 (R4), Gera Commerzone, Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411014

Exp - 6-12years of exp

Shift - 3pm IST - 12am IST

Role & responsibilities

  • Effective conversion and placement of software professionals for recruiter positions is a must responsibility for a recruitment manager.
  • Supervise the recruiting team
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find job candidates
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Attend career events and job fairs
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external universities, and other talent sources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Build recruitment processes that align with the organizations hiring needs and business goals
  • Conduct initial rounds of interviews and coordinate follow-up interviews
  • Anticipate future job openings to start hiring early and keep positions filled
  • Train and supervise team members on using updated recruiting techniques and tools
  • Travel for networking and sourcing opportunities in other states or countries

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role, ideally within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in screening and interviewing job applicants
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of social media and professional networks
  • Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Experience in recruiting for various positions and levels, including both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Experience in utilizing various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
