Job Description and Job responsibilities for DGM Projects (Architect Interior Fit Out) Job Description:

• Practical knowledge & experience of leading a team for execution and delivery of Interior Design Fit- Out projects. This may include interior fit outs of F&B Retail, QSR, Restaurants, Residential, Retail, Office, Commercial projects.
• Should have thorough knowledge of Civil & Interior Fit Out Works and an eye for detail related to finishes as per specs during execution and handover of projects. Knowledge of basic civil works, finishing related works like tiling, flooring works, marble works, wall panelling, wall finishing, false ceiling works, wood works, furniture, signage, graphics etc. Working knowledge & capabilities of coordinating MEP packages associated with the interior fit out works.
• Proven experience as a Manager/Sr.Manager or a similar role in a territory/region and handled multiple projects and lead a team of more than 5-6 team members
• Capable of leading the design coordination and consultants meetings for finalisation of designs and drawings and estimates.
• Capable of reading and understanding plans, design, drawings and finalising budgets and Capex. Estimation, tendering, alignment of contractors and manage to complete & deliver the project as per approved design, drawings, quality,finishes & specifications and within the defined timelines as per the expectation of the operations team.
• Ensuring quality checks as per specifications.
• Track day-to-day updates of the site, including coordination with other support functions.
• Planning & preparing work schedules and efficiently leading the handing over of multiple projects on time with high quality finishes and within the defined budget
• Preparing daily reports & review the progress with the internal team, designers, contractors and support functions
• Participate and represent the region in weekly project review meetings with senior leadership to share the project progress status and timely update and highlight challenges.

Job Requirements

• Leadership skills to handle a QSR brand/multiple brands independently while reporting to the projects team’s regional head.
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven Experience in finishing interior designs projects preferably QSR/Restaurants.
• Experience in coordination with MEP, Design, Purchase, Business Development and Operations team.
• Understand the design process and fully comprehend the brands/operator’s needs and goals.
• High level of organization skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to project plan and timelines for completion of work
• Resourcefulness and ability to manage several tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to lead and handle a team and take care of their growth.
• Willing to travel Pan India for project execution
• Qualification :--B Arch/Graduate in Interior Designing
• Minimum Experience :--8 To 10 years
