IT SAP Lead || Devyani International Ltd || Gurgaon

Role & responsibilities

• SAP compliant to ITGC Audit requirement​
  New masters created as per committed SLA ​
• SAP Process Control, Master Management, Access Control​
• All Daily, Weekly and Monthly process runs as per committed SLA to business​
• Ensure timely, trackable and reliable information updated in SAP​
• Delivery of agreed Business requirements with proper documentation and change management. ​
• Perform detailed analysis of business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions, identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements. Liaison with Finance, Warehouse and Business teams for new requirements and collaborate with Group SAP CoE and Vendors to ensure timely delivery.​

• Measurement of outcome and reporting at desired frequency​

• Lead team of SAP functional consultants and support personnel to ensure timely response and resolution on ServiceDesk for all SAP related services​

​

• Business Support and Team management​

Capabilities & Skills ​

• SAP certification will be an added advantage.​

​

• Good Knowledge of FICO, MM, SD, QA and PP modules. Experience in handling third party integrations and general SAP Administration. Handling new development, testing and implementation. Ensuring documentation for SAP Audits​

• Self-Driven, Goal centric and team leader. Good interpersonal skills.
