Procurement Manager - Gurugram

The Procurement Manager will manage the sourcing and procurement activities for the HR, Admin, and Operations requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in policy printing, empanelment of Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), Risk Control Units (RCUs), and selection of claim agencies. The role requires a strategic approach to procurement, focusing on cost savings, supplier relationship management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

• Procuring the right quantity with the right price, at the right time, and with the right quality would help the organization efficiently achieve its objective spend 10 to 15 Crs
• Controlling and regulating all small budgeted purchases (Hr, Admin , Operations and Non-IT) and setting benchmarks for them in terms of pricing and specifications
• SLA with User department and Customer Satisfaction Survey (High level of TAT PR 2 PO) of TAT of over 95% for fulfilling the requirements as per procurement policy.
• Interfacing with vendors/ suppliers/ service providers etc. Vendor empanelment, development and evaluation.
• Manage procurement MIS. Ensure quality of database and services.
• Cost Reduction through renegotiation & Identifying Alternate Vendors (8% to 10 % of the total spend)
