Job Description
- Design, develop, and implement AI and Gen AI solutions that meet business requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and develop AI models and algorithms.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and Gen AI technologies
- Analyse and pre-process data to ensure its quality and suitability for AI model training.
- Train and fine-tune AI models using various machine learning techniques and algorithms.
- Evaluate and optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and applications.
- Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to deploy AI models in production environments.
- Monitor and maintain deployed AI solutions, ensuring their ongoing performance and reliability.
- Stay informed about ethical considerations and legal requirements related to AI development and deployment.
- Document and communicate AI development processes, methodologies, and results to stakeholders.
Youll have (Qualification & Experience):
- Proven experience in developing AI solutions and applications.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques
- Experience in GPT-4, Lang Chain, RAG and Fine tuning LLMs.
- Experience in deploying AI models in Docker & Kubernetes.
- Experience in creating pipelines with Airflow.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services for AI development and deployment ( Azure ) is plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and Gen AI technologies
Nice to Have:
- Experience with generative AI models and techniques.
- Understanding of ethical considerations and responsible AI practices
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.E.), Technology (B.Tech), or Master in Computer Application (MCA) from a prominent institution
