Your duties and responsibilities will include:

Take care and fulfil the requirements of existing customers / the customers he will be assigned to

Manage all the required operational activities Take Care of Bills of Lading, Bookings & Invoicing Regular updates are provided to customers on daily basis Ensure that our processes and procedures are followed smoothly, and timelines are met

Skills, knowledge, and expertise:

• Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in the area of freight forwarding
• Good knowledge in Lading, Bookings and Invoicing
• Able to work independent and focus on work, as well as be excited to work in a team
• Organized, structured, customer and service-oriented
• Excellent communications skills in English (Cross-Functional and Cross-Cultural)
