Role & responsibilities

Conduct assessments to understand children's needs and challenges.

Develop personalized intervention plans to support children with ASD.

Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions.

Work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and educators to implement therapy strategies.

Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Educate families on autism-related challenges and coping mechanisms.

Maintain proper documentation and reports of therapy sessions.
