Speech Therapist

Role & responsibilities

• Efficient in taking history and examining children with speech pathology.
• Ability to conduct assessments & diagnosis.
• Develop personalized therapy programs based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with parents, psychologists, doctors, and occupational therapists.
• Maintain proper documentation.
• Assess various speech or language disorders, including neurological speech disorders (dysarthria, cerebral palsy, articulation disorders, voice disorders, fluency disorders, laryngectomy, cleft lip & palate).
• Provide counseling regarding conditions, remediation, and resources.
• Plan pre-therapy and management goals for children.
• Work with children with Autism on speech and language development.
• Maintain clinical records.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in Audiology and Speech Therapy.
• Experience working with Autistic children or Autism cases.
