JOB DESCRIPTION FOR PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for a Project Manager (Civil) with minimum 15 TO 20 years of experience in handling Civil construction for Commercial, Residential Apartment, Villa, and Industrial Buildings. Mandatory experience of working in large scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects Report and escalate to management as needed
• Establishing and maintaining communication with the project team, management and stakeholders
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Coordinating project meetings and decision-making processes
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Completing the project and creating required documentation and reports for the management
• Experience with project management software tools & Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Initiating the project, planning and outlining project scope, objectives, and delivered on time, within budget, & Everyday coordinating with engineer & scheduling the detailing on site
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs & Report and escalate to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques & Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Executing the work, coordinating and supervising the project team and ensuring that they have the tools required for delivering the project on time
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in project management for 8 plus years
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Completing the project and creating required documentation and reports for the management
• Experience with project management software tools

Work Location

Chennai (Open to travel to other states will be additional point)

Salary: Rs. 60,000 to 80,000 per month
