Area Sales Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Perform extensive fieldwork, including site visits, to engage directly with customers.
• Work Schedule: 6 days per week
• Role Focus: Target-driven, deliverable-based, outcome-oriented

Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales targets for designated districts (TRRITORY/BEAT)
• Execute channel sales, lead generation, conversion, and business growth

activities

• Increase sales volume, conduct marketing events, and establish market

presence

• Engage with influencers, customers, dealers, and other stakeholders
• Handle customer complaints and grievances, ensuring satisfactory

resolutions

• Maintain customer relationships, manage CRM data entry, and provide

timely reports

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum Qualification: Graduate, with a background in Sales & Marketing

• Experience: 2-5 years in channel sales, ideally within home-building

product sales (Construction Industry:

preferably from Steel /TMT, Cement, Paints etc. )

• Desired Age: 22-29 years
• Gender: Male
• Job Type: Field (extensive travel )

Languages Required: Bengali (written & oral), English (written & oral),

Hindi (oral only)
