Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Understanding Workflow Automation :

- Analyze existing business processes and identify tasks suitable for automation.

- Understand workflow automation concepts and apply them to streamline repetitive tasks.

Technical Proficiency :

- Work with basic computer concepts and the Windows operating system, including file management, system settings, and application installations.

- Leverage technical knowledge to integrate and implement solutions effectively.

Scripting and Automation Development :

- Develop and manage scripts using languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, or JavaScript to create complex automation workflows.

- Build, test, and deploy scripts to automate both simple and complex tasks.

User Interface (UI) Automation :

- Automate interactions with desktop and web applications using UI actions, including button clicks, text entry, and menu navigation.

- Ensure robust and efficient UI automation to reduce manual intervention.

Troubleshooting and Debugging :

- Identify and resolve issues that arise during the automation process.

- Debug scripts, resolve application conflicts, and address system errors to maintain seamless automation workflows.

Qualifications and Skills :

Educational Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Equivalent work experience may be considered.

Technical Skills :

- 5-7 years of experience in workflow automation, software development, or a related field.

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop.

- Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, or JavaScript.

- Proven track record of optimizing business processes and delivering robust automation workflows across various industries or domains

- Proficiency in Power Automate Desktop.

- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and basic IT concepts.
